Q1: What is the return policy?

Q2: Is it 30 bulbs per string or 30 bulbs between both sets?
A3: 30 bulbs per string. two strings per set. The bulb segment is 15′ long with at least a 4′ conductor before the first bulb. Each string has its own solar charger.
Q3: Can I connect the two sets of lights or do they have to have their own power source?
A3: Now you need to run each set from their supplied solar panel. I put 3 sets around a shed for a friendly ladies summer. I put 2 panels side by side and ran the strings in opposite directions. At the end of the sting I chose depending on the position of the sun. I mounted the panel and continued the string. It came out great
Q 4: Do these lights flash or stay constant? I see conflicting answers
A4: They can flash or stay solid. There is a mode button and you just press it until you reach the desired setting.
Q 5: I am getting the 2 packs of globe lights in white for my front porch and I don't want them to twinkle like Christmas lights. Do they have a non-flashing mode?
